Postage within Australia

Orders are shipped the following business day. 

We offer free express postage on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100 postage is $16.95.

Australian metro deliveries typically arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch. For Australian regional deliveries please allow 2-5 days.

Toorallie cannot be held liable for delays caused by our delivery partners, please check Australia Post website for delivery times and service updates in your area. potential disruptions in your area.

International Postage

International orders are shipped the following business day. 

We offer free postage on all orders over $250AUD.

For orders under $250 postage is $25AUD.

For International deliveries please anticipate an arrival time of 10-14 business days, due to COVID-19 related delays.

Returns

We offer complimentary return postage for all Australian orders within 30 days of receipt.
International return postage will be incurred at the sender's expense.


Please note that garments will be accepted for return under the condition that they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and swing tags attached. 

You will be notified once your item has been accepted for return and your refund will be processed automatically.

Please also note, if you purchased a Toorallie garment from one of our stockists, the individual returns and exchanges policy of that business will apply.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchange postage for all Australian orders within 30 days of receipt. International exchange postage will be incurred at the sender's expense.

The most efficient way to exchange any unwanted items is to request a refund and complete a return using our Returns Form. Once submitted, your refund will be processed automatically. Following this, you can make a new order on the Toorallie website with the new items you would like to purchase. This will ensure that your new items are dispatched immediately.

If you only need to swap the SIZE or COLOUR of your item, please request the required items when completing the returns form. Once we receive your returned items, we will post the updated order to you within our standard delivery times.
